SkinCareChoices.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders.

Shipping Times

SkinCareChoices.com uses both United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). We decide which carrier to use depending on your location and size of package in order to provide you with the best service. You may check on the date your item is shipping using our order status page. In general, all items ordered are shipped within 0-3 business days. You will receive an e-mail when your order ships informing you of which carrier was used. If we are unable to ship any item during that time due to a manufacture back-order or other problem, we will notify you via e-mail.
  • Orders shipped via UPS will be delivered within 5 business days of the shipping date.
  • Orders shipped via USPS will be delivered within 3-5 business days of the shipping date
  • If your order is being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, a Military Address or another U.S. Territory, please allow 4-7 business days for delivery.

    Customer Satisfaction

    It is our policy to insure all customers are happy with their product choices and our service. Customer Service is always available Monday through Friday, 9a.m.-5p.m. PST. Please call our toll free number 1-866-409-7227. All correspondence regarding order issues or tracking information is sent via email. Therefore, it is very important you provide us with an email address for the best service possible.

    Returns

    We accept returns up to 30 days from shipping date with a return authorization number. Prior to returning an item, please Contact customer service, 866-409-7227, to receive a return authorization number. You will have 10 days to return the package after receiving the authorization number.

    Return Qualifications:
  • All returned items MUST be in their original packaging and include all paperwork, free product or other attachments that came with the product.
  • If it is our error, we will pay return shipping. If you are making a return you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Any return which results in the originating order being less than the $49.00 which qualified it for free shipping will be credited the cost of product minus the $5.95 shipping.
  • Due to Health and Safety laws, we are not able to accept returns on hairbrushes, hair extensions, waxes, nail files or nail polish. No exceptions.
  • Due to Health and Safety law, we are not able to accept returns of opened (seal broken) make-up.
  • A product that is opened will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • We cannot accept returns on any product where more than ¼ of the product is used.
  • We cannot accept returns of products that are empty or altered.
  • Electronic Equipment (Flat Irons, Hair Dryers, and Curling Irons) Defective electronic equipment may be returned to the manufacturer even after our 30 day return policy has expired. For repair or replacement at the manufacturer's discretion, see the warranty information included in the packaging of the product. Returns of electronic equipment may be made within our original 30 day return policy with prior return authorization. Electronic returns must have original packaging and all included insert materials.
  • Lost Shipments - We make every effort to insure you receive your products by using only UPS and USPS. Lost packages are very rare. When your package is shipped we send you an e-mail with a tracking number for your shipment. Click on the tracking link to see the status of your shipment. If you have checked your order status and it is beyond the time you should have received your package:
  • Check with your carrier first to see if the package was left when you were not home.
  • Notify Customer Service. We will begin the process of tracking your order from our end and will re-ship your order to you if it was not delivered. We ask that you check the shipper's website tracking information prior to calling.
  • What to do if:

    You ordered the wrong product: Notify customer service 866-409-7227 you want to return the item. We will provide you with a return authorization number. A product that is opened will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We cannot accept a return on items after 30 days from the date product is shipped to you. Once we have received the incorrect item back in proper condition, we will refund the cost of the item.

    We sent you the wrong product: We make every effort to insure we send you what you ordered. Each shipment is triple-checked. We verify that product weight of the order matches actual product weight. Weights are automatically calculated and stored for research. Daily inventory counts also verify that the correct products have been shipped. If, however, you do receive an incorrect item, please notify customer service 866-409-7227 immediately. We must be notified within three days of receiving of your package that the contents were not correct. We will provide you with a return authorization number and ship the correct item. We also provide postage so you can return the incorrect item.

    The item is damaged when you receive it: Please open your package when you receive it. We make every effort to minimize damage. Before placing items in the box, our shippers check and secure or tape lids. Your items are packaged with eco-foam ("peanuts") and the box securely taped. If, however, you receive a product with damage, notify customer service 866-409-7227 the day you receive your package. We will contact the shipper and submit a damage claim. We will provide you with a return authorization number and ship a replacement product to you. We may also provide postage so you can return the damaged item and we appreciate your efforts in doing this. (Please be aware that mail carriers will pick-up your package from your home, so there it isn't necessary to make a trip to the post office to send back the item). We will not accept damage claims made more than five days after you receive your items.

    You are dissatisfied with a product: If you are unhappy with any product purchased from us, notify customer service 866-409-7227. We will be happy to accept the return and provide a return authorization number as long as it abides with our return qualifications above.
