Heavy, tough beards need extra conditioning and softening that goes beyond regular shaving cream. While most products use high alkalinity to soften beard hair, which damages the protective lipid layer of the skin causing irritation, Pre-Shave Guard is a *neutral pH, lightweight, protective formula. Pre-Shave Guard prepares skin for shaving by softening the beard in order to minimize razor bumps and ingrown hairs.
 Directions for use
After cleansing, apply a thin layer to beard. Do not rinse off. Apply *Soothing Shave Cream over Pre-Shave Guard. Shave, rinsing blade often. Rinse with warm water. ~ For use only underneath Soothing Shave Cream. ~ Active ingredients
Water (Aqua), Stearic Acid, Myristic Acid, Glycerin, Camphor, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Eugenia Caryophyllus (Clove) Flower Oil, Triticum Vulgare (Wheat) Germ Extract, Saccharomyces Cerevisiae Extract, Sodium Hyaluronate, Menthol, Sodium Magnesium Silicate, Sodium Hydroxide, Disodium EDTA, Butylene Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Benzyl PCA, and Eugenol , BCC12-Base.
